With all these aspects; having the the 6th largest vine growing area in the world but only utilizing 3% of it in wine making; being home to the vitis vinifera, oldest civilizations, widest cuisine and unique indigenous grape varieties, great tourism potential gives wines of Turkey a huge potential to utilize all these factors.
